Return Policy

We know ordering clothing online is sometimes difficult. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price. (For closeout items, please see policy below)


It’s easy to return a product. Simply email Deer Camp Clothing to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product with an issued RMA#.


Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified below:

Please Note:

  • Deer Camp Clothing is not responsible for items returned without an authorized RMA#.
  • Original delivery fees may qualify for a refund only if the order was incorrect. Call Deer Camp Clothing to arrange these returns and to discuss qualifications.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.
  • Closeout Products are excluded from this guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Due to the high volume of sales on closeouts, only returns will be accepted during the 14-day window. Exchanges will not be allowed.
Not in new condition– If a returned item is soiled, covered in hair, smells of smoke or in any way altered from its new condition when returned, we reserve the right to withhold a 20% restocking fee.
